Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 48 hours of service will be charged 50% of total services scheduled to your card on file.
No shows and no cancellations will be charged 100% of the booked service.
If a guest is more that 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
